UNCC Website Cites the "No @sshole Rule"

There's no indication whether UNCC supports it.

We'd LOVE some feedback on this!

Thank you for visiting our UNCC and University City Blog. If you have not already done so, we recommend that you read the first page.

UNCC may have adopted this policy, but it doesn't take long to realize that the policy isn't enforced. If it was, half of my teachers would be dismissed.

A-holes become administrators at UNCC.

The university's website links to the essay. This is tantamount to endorsement. I can think of three professors in one department alone whose students would agree that the professors are a-holes. Strangely, these professors have tenure and will be at this university for life. The no a-hole policy is a nice in concept, but the university doesn't have the b@lls to enforce it because the people who are in the position to do so are themselves a-holes.

Wake up, people! This is a joke, not a real policy.
