UNCC, Transgenders, and Gender-Neutral Language

"... UNCC is actively encouraging staff, faculty, and students to use gender-neutral language to be more inclusive towards the transgender community..."





   "Ze" should replace "he" and "she".  "Him" and "her" should become "hir". Does that make me a "gil"? And maybe my reproductive organ should be called "IT". This place is becoming weirder and weirder.
