Just TODAY's UNCC University City Ghetto Crime

Just one day. Ain't no big deal. Besides, Duke has more crime. Ask Uncle Phil and Jeffy. Feel better now?

Harvard has even more crime, but you get a better education if you can get in. Last time I heard, Harvard was just a little more difficult to get into.

It could be a better situation on-campus than off-campus. There's no way to know except to go to the cop shop and wait for a print-out. The Clery Reports (reports of campus crime) were released daily until a few months after this blog was started. Now, you have to wait a year to learn the extent of campus crime. Way to go, Uncle Phil and Jeffy. You really care, huh? Warm bodies or cold. Doesn't matter as long tuition is paid.

How Millennial Are You? Take the Quiz

Then Ask Yourself Just How True the Results Are

Hey, this is from the Pew Research Center.

Like living with Mom and Dad?

Expect to be there for awhile.

If I'd been thinking, I'd have stayed at home and lived with the folks. At least I'd live in the city and state that I grew up in, and I'd be in a better university.

Master I.D. Forger Busted

"He was the best I've seen."

My Dad said that when he was in college, the drinking age was 18. It looks like we're going backwards.

College Isn't a Good Learning Environment Here's Why

It's the professors. Does any of this sound familiar?

"...colleges seek more to enroll those who are smartest in order to boost rankings and reputations, rather than help students make intellectual progress while in school..."

Sounds real familiar. Out-of-state students from more prestigious educational systems get much better treatment than CMS graduates.
